A wine of delicacy, floral fragrance, and crystalline purity.

Goes With Food: A great pairing with kingfish ceviche, the delicacy of both the food and wine match perfectly.

Goes With Cheese: Gruyere will not overwhelm the wine and the slight sweetness will complement the subtly of the Clairette.

Goes With Music: Pink Floyd – Echoes.

Goes With Life: Light and aromatic, this wine is perfect as an aperitif to start the evening.

Serve At: 10-12 degrees Celsius.
