We proudly present the third release of our infamous XXX Jalapeno Moonshine. Aged in a barrel previously used for Single Malt Whisky and ageing our house-made hot sauce.

Once again, this extremely limited release of unfiltered, barrel-aged moonshine is XXX Spicy-er and smoother than previous years’ releases, thanks partly to the seasoned barrel (a couple of extra months of ageing didn’t hurt either!). This year’s flavour profile has all the heat you expect (and then some) but still has a sweetness at the tail end, with subtle notes of toffee and a hint of chocolate.

This spirit is fantastic as a sipper on the rocks or a cocktail that needs a little kick. Think Spicy Mojito, Spicy Margarita, add it to Pineapple Juice for a good Sunday Morning pick me up, or take your Caesar to a level not seen before that will have your friends talking about it for ages.
