The Prosecco vine immediately brings to mind the wines produced in the zone of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in the province of Treviso. Their yellow-green grapes yield fragrant marcs which, while still fresh and vinous, are distilled according to the Sandro Bottega method. The grappa obtained from it is left to mature for a long time in barrels. Grappa Prosecco Cellini 10 Annate comes from a selection of aged grappa produced with the grapes of ten different harvests. The typical amber colour of the distillate introduces a pleasant scent of wood.
