Introducing Aejo Cristalino.

Our Cristalino begins with the meticulous hand-selection of fullymatured 100% Blue Weber Agave, sourced from both the Highlandsand Lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our expertly distilled tequila is then agedfor over 20 months in Tennessee Whiskey Barrels, developing the richcharacter and complexity that defines our Aejo expression. We thenfilter the Aejo to remove the color while accentuating the vibrant notesof citrus, agave, and fruit, resulting in a sublimely smooth spirit with arounded mouthfeel and lasting impression.

TASTING NOTES

Aging: Over 20 months

Aroma: Cooked agave, grass, and banana. Undertones of mocha and pineapple.

Taste: Full bodied with notesof citrus and cooked agave. Undertones of toasted almond, coconut, apple peel & cacao.

Finish: Luxuriously smooth texture.
