Sour blonde rye ale aged in oak barrels with Midas plum, apricot, and boysenberry

This experiment ended up quite fruitful. We started with a blend of hand-selected barrels and then individually added Midas plum, apricot, and boysenberry. From there we then blended these fruited wild ales to taste, resulting in a decadent and fruit-forward celebration of flavors.
