This particular batch of Blanco from our 2023 release was made at extremely high sugar levels with extraordinary agave to start fermentationmore than double the level other distilleries work at. It was also fermented at incredibly low temperatures, roughly 1/3 the temperature of traditional tequilas. Next, we distilled the tequila and only captured the rarest part the heart, discarding all the heads and tails that would normally be included in the batch. This tequila exemplifies the very essence of what our unique process can achieve, and we cant wait to pour our heart into your glass.

TASTING NOTES

Bursting with aromas of white peach. Ripe pear. Orange blossoms. Perfume with an undertone of intense honey-cooked agave. Finishing with a smidge of vanilla toasted spice.The pallet rolls with excessive texture and creaminess making it an exceptional sipper.
