The Buffalo Trace Distillery Prohibition Collection pays homage to one of the most contentious chapters in American whiskey history. During Prohibition (1920-1933), the U.S. Government authorized only six distilleries to bottle medicinal whiskey, including Buffalo Trace, then known under a different name. Drawing from archival discoveries, the second edition of this collection brings to life five historic whiskeys with faithful recreations of their original labels and rich backstories.

Housed in a custom wooden display case adorned with historical images of the distillery, the collection features five 375ml bottles inspired by their Prohibition-era packaging, complete with authentic details such as cut-outs for medicinal prescriptions.

• Mirror Brook: A 100-proof, bottled-in-bond Kentucky Straight Whiskey bursting with ripe cherry, vanilla cream, and mellow oak. Hints of rye spice and chocolate create a rich and vibrant profile.
• Very Oldest Procurable (V.O.P.): An uncut, barrel-proof bourbon boasting rye spice, toasted oak, and rich cherry, balanced by a lingering finish of warm honey and oak.
• Andersons Belle: A 100-proof wheated bourbon with caramel, maple, and vanilla on the nose. The palate is marked by robust oak and dried fruit, finishing with the warmth of sweet wheat.
• Old Fashioned Mountain Corn: A 110-proof Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey with sweet corn essence, toasted oak, and caramel sweetness. The warm finish leaves a lasting impression of oak and corn harmony.
• Silver Wedding Rye Whiskey: At 125 proof, this rye features flavors of vanilla, toffee, and leather earthiness, intertwined with toasted oak and bold rye spice. The finish lingers with hints of vanilla and oak.
