Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with Molasses, with Ginger, Graham Crackers, and Spices added

Run, run, run, as fast as you can its gingerbread season, and were feeling festive! What better way to celebrate than with a gingerbread-inspired imperial stout. We added a bit of molasses to the boil before aging in bourbon barrels. Then we added all the classic spices cinnamon, allspice, clove, and nutmeg along with graham crackers to capture the rich sweetness of a fresh gingerbread cookie.

1… 2… 10! We brewed this holiday IPA with a heavy dosing of New Zealand Cascade and Motueka hops, and dry hopped with Mosaic, New Zealand Cascade, and Motueka for extra hop character. With a soft, cloudy mouthfeel from two row, Pilsen malt, oats, and Carafoam, youll enjoy big-timejuice with bright aromatics of lemon and lime zest and delicate flavors of tropical peach on the palate.
