Its all about the Brookie er, cookie. We teamed up with our friend Brooke Williamson to create a liquid treat inspired by her favorite cookie of all time: peppermint-flavored creme sandwich cookies (you know the ones). We started with a rich bourbon barrel-aged stout blend and added a generous helping of creme sandwich cookies, peppermint, and milk sugar. Sweet and decadent, this peppermint-powered chocolatey treat is one for the Brookes er, books.
