Tart honey ale with peaches, pineapples, and rosemary| 7.9%
“Honey baked ham for sure. The sweetness from the pineapple and peach pairs well with that delicious sugary glaze of the ham. There’s a definite smoky character to the beer that screams bacon. If you don’t have a ham, a Hawaiian pizza also pairs nicely!”

Barrel-Aged 12 Drummer’s Drumming

Bourbon barrel-aged blend of Belgian-style quadrupel ale and solera barrel-aged old ale| 15.4%
“This beers rich caramel and dark fig notes could hang with the richest of casseroles or play nicely with a creme bruelay dessert. Belgian beers arevery versatile.”

The Berry

Belgian-style tripel ale with huckleberry | 9.2%
“Another Belgian style, this one much lighter and berry forward which I think pairs with mild and creamy cheeses and fruit or…oh yeah a cheesecake sounds quite nice. The acidity of the beer would contrast the sweet creaminess of the cheesecake and compliment any tart berry topping.”
