Located in the Hautes-Ctes de Nuits, adjacent to Axelle’s cellar, this parcel sits at an altitude of 450 meters. Despite its isolation, the parcel produces low yields naturally, partly due to pruning by local deer. This unique situation results in an Aligot with yields akin to those of a grand cru, as Axelle humorously notes. The vines, approximately 50 years old, include around 10% of the Burgundian variety Melon de Bourgogne, more commonly associated with Muscadet. The wine itself is vibrant and delightful, bursting with flavors of apples and apricots, complemented by a delicate, lace-like texture.
