His natural approach includes early picking to preserve freshness and acidity, native fermentations, and no additives. The 2022 Love Ros is a playful blend of Valdigui, Carignan, Zinfandel, Grenache Noir, and Barbera. The grapes are foot-trodden and left on skins for 12 hours, then pressed into stainless steel and co-fermented for 14 days until dry. The result is a wine that exhibits juicy berries and a crisp finish.
