Broc Cellars is back with one of their most sought-after sparklers. After a hiatus since 2020, the opportunity to bring in extra Valdigui from Mendocino was too good to pass up. The Valdigui grapes underwent a gentle foot stomp before being directly pressed into stainless steel pressurized tanks, capturing the bubbles naturally from fermentation. The result is a stunning, eye-catching ruby pink wine that shines in the glass and delights the palate with refreshingly soft bubbles. Hand bottled and labeled, this wine is unfiltered.
