Bott Frres, located in Ribeauvill, Alsace, has been passing down ancient wine-making techniques since 1835. The estate, now operated by Nicole and Laurent Bott, prides itself on cultivating high-quality wines rather than simply manufacturing them. With seven varieties grown in diverse soils, the resulting wines boast a wide range of styles. The grapes are handpicked and meticulously monitored, resulting in exceptional quality. The new line of Crmant wines, developed by Paul Pierre Gustave Bott, represents the next generation of the Bott family’s legacy.

Since 2019, the estate has been transitioning to organic certification. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the Crmant d’Alsace Ros is a delicate and charming sparkling wine with gentle red fruit notes and a harmonious mousse.
