With the help of Crisp Maltings, we’ve been able to use the Han variety of barley, first developed and grown in Czech Moravia, and used in the first-ever golden-blond Pilsner lager. Unique Spalt Spalter and Czech Saaz hops balance the bready malt base with beautiful citrus notes and bright bitterness.
