THE ORIGINAL COWBOY
Love both whisky sours and whisky sodas? Dont choose! The Original Cowboy combines the two for a satisfyingly sweet, sour, and fizzy drink. Pendleton Original Whisky adds a warm, sweet and spicy flavor, while fresh lemon juice and simple syrup balance out and lighten the drink. Top it off with soda water and enjoy this cocktail fit for a true cowboy.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Pendleton Original
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Soda Water
1 Cherry & Lemon Wheel
METHODS
Combine all ingredients except soda water into a cocktail mixing tin. Add ice and shake until well combined. Fill a tall collins or highball glass with ice half way. Pour cocktail mixture into glass. Top with soda water and serve.
