Aged to perfection in premium used French oak wine barrels that impart a toasted nut flavor to the well-balanced, spiced spirit.

Aged for 10-12 months in used pinot noir barrels

The up front nose is anise and then gives way to rye bread and caraway
The light toast of the barrels mellow out the spiciness of the aquavit and impart earthy toasted nut flavors that act as a backdrop to the spirit.

3/4 oz honey (1:1) syrup
Shake; fine strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with lemon

1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice
Ouzo, for rinse
Rinse cocktail glass with ouzo
Shake rest of ingredients; fine strain into cocktail glass
