Our founders werent just dreamersthey were tinkerers and problem solvers. They asked, “What if we could craft beverages that preserve the delicate flavors often lost in traditional methods?” From that spark of curiosity came a groundbreaking approach: vacuum distillation. By reducing the atmospheric pressure to as low as 10 Torr (hence our name), they unlocked the potential to distill at much lower temperatures, protecting and enhancing every nuanced flavor.
