APPEARANCE Crystalline and brilliantly clear with pronounced viscosity on the glass. NOSE Exceptionally clean upon the first try. Subsequent passes across the nose open up to light pikake, white cotton candy and Meyer lemon pith with a hint of fresh kalamansi. TASTING NOTES Clinging viscosity on the glass translates nicely to cotton candy on the front of the palate. The raw sugar finish is rich and dry, with hints of marzipan and a dash of dried candied ginger.
