The First in our collaboration beers with Thin Man Brewery & Industrial Arts Brewery, we took the Gose style and gave it an Irish twist. We went on the hunt to find some indigenous ingredients we could use. We sourced Oysters from The Wild Atlantic Oyster Company, Sea Salt from Achill Island Sea Salt Company and handpicked Seaweed from our friends at Voya Seaweed baths. We hope you enjoy our unique take on a 16^th century style beer.
