From picked to tanked in two hours. A beer made once a year, using fresh green hops. The Green Hops used in this years brew were picked at Harewood House Estate and were added to the tanks just a couple of hours after being picked to ensure the upmost freshness.
As there isn’t much control over the breed of the hops that will be available, the brewers added a little Saaz to give it a light floral and citrus flavour and to bring out the best in the Green Hop.
Theres always a little funk to the hops grown at Harewood, so they are the perfect pairing for a light and bright Belgian yeast to make a refreshing Belgian Pale Green Hop.
