Using this beast as inspiration, Brew York developed a cold IPA to exemplify the freezing surroundings of the Arctic.
Wondering what a Cold IPA actually is? At a basic level it’s a an IPA fermented at lower temperatures than you would normally ferment an IPA. It’s still as hoppy as an IPA but the lager yeast and cold temperature create a style thats clean, crisp and very drinkable.
