Patrons Project 35.04 from Northern Monk is a Session IPA brewed with Macclesfield’s RedWillow. Hopped with Idaho 7, Luminosa and new HBC431, this IPA has a depth of tropical juice flavours thanks to the Idaho, and the dry hopping with HBC431 and Luminosa bring subtle notes of peach, berries and some more vibrant tropical fruit. Malt bill has vienna for some depth of malt flavour with minimal colour pick up, and plenty of oats and wheat for mouthfeel.
