A collaboration brew with Basque brewery Meta Edabeak, who make wonderful mixed fermentation ales and classic, highly drinkable beers. Garage are known for hoppy and hazy beers. When chatting about a collab, the idea came up to combine classic and hazy.

The result is something that could be described as west coast haze. An appearance that carries a moderate haze between clear west coast and New England IPA. A malt bill that is designed to be round and smooth but not thick. A clean and dry fermentation profile to maximise drinkability. Saturated hop flavour and aroma.

Exclusively hopped with Simcoe on the hot side for clean bitterness and beautiful grapefruit and pine undertones before a wad of Citra is dumped in the dry with a little extra Simcoe for good measure. Juicy pink grapefruit, lime, soft mango and peach are the main notes here with gentle pine sap in the background. Just writing this is making me thirsty!
