The Lambic Grand Cru Bruocsella Cantillon is a Lambic matured for three years in oak barrels and selected for its exceptional qualities of color, bouquet and aromas.

From its golden yellow, luminous, slightly amber color, its aroma of mixed apple and honey, the Grand Cru Bruocsella draws its main powers of seduction. Its taste qualities are due to its raw character, its almost imperceptible sweet acidity. Its long conservation gives its bouquet fine nuances of toasted bread which, according to some, makes it similar to the white Burgundy grape variety “Chardonnay”.

The Grand Cru Bruocsella Cantillon is a very long-life beer with an evolving taste.

All beers come from the same production season after maturing for three years in barrels.

Not refermented in the bottle, Bruocsella is a calm and non-sparkling beer.
