Yellow plum Saline Lightly textured skin-contact
Fratelli Felix is a gentle introduction to skin-contact wine. Just two days on the skins gives this blend of Falanghina and Fiano a subtle golden hue, a touch of grip, and a beautifully aromatic lift. Expect aromas of ripe citrus, honeysuckle and quince, with a chalky texture and a clean, zesty finish. Its sunshine in a glass the kind of thing to pour alongside seafood, mezze, or simply good conversation.
Made by ex-sommelier Jack Lewens and winemaker Bruno de Conciliis in the hills of Cilento, Campania, this is natural winemaking done right: organic fruit, native yeasts, no filtration, and only a pinch of sulphur at bottling. The result is a dry, easy-drinking white with a salty twist and bags of character.
