Spontaneous fermentation in open top oak barrel fermenters, the wine stays on the lees for one monthwith daily batonnage. Bottled unfiltered with no added sulfites.
A delicate nose of ripe red fruits and herbs, the palate is elegant, light-to-medium bodied, very fresh and fruity carrying the typicity of the Pamid grape variety. Ripe cherry and raspberry notes along silky tannins, crisp acidity and vibrant fruity finish.
