Hand assembled in the Red Hook neighbourhood of Brooklyn, New York, these whiskeys are presented with non chill-filtration and proofed using hard-yet-sweet pure limestone water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of Upstate New York. Distillation takes place every week in Red Hook, using the finest non-GMO ingredients, including unique corn varieties such as Baby Jane, which have been nurtured over many years.

Aromas of vanilla, nutmeg and cream surround flavours of orange, maple and cherry with a charred oak and spice lasting finish.
