Pretty in pink and fragrant with summer berries, this dry Ros is wonderfully easy on the palate. Aromatic and lively, it offers bright notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, layered with delicate floral aromas. The result is a wine that is rich in berry flavors, fresh with a hint of minerality, and playfully refreshing.

Blended burgundy clone Pinot Noir from Essex, with Pinot Noir Prcoce, an early ripening clone of Pinot Noir, grown in Worcestershire.

Partially destemmed and left to macerate in the press for 8 hours to draw out delicate colour as well as flavours and aromas, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to protect the bright, vibrant, red fruit aromas.

There’s a beach pebble minerality texture to the palate along with a berry tang. Persistent zing and lift to the finish. Delicious!
