Locally made to our store in Saffron Walden, Vault Aperitivo are making some of the best UK made Vermouths and bitters

A true terroir chalk vodka. We source chalk from 66 meters below Saffron Grange Vineyard in Essex. Distilled at 40 degrees and blended with British wheat spirit, the result is a delicate and mineral vodka.

Perfect in an ice cold vodka martini, made with Coastal Vermouth and a twist of lemon, celebrating both the vodka and vermouths crisp minerality.
