Full-bodied, just off-dry Chenin Blanc is produced biodynamically with minimal use of sulphur. Eric Pasquier and his son Emile have taken this wine up a notch since taking over in 2020.

There is a harmony of mellow, baked apple fruit linked to fine lemony acidity which brings superb balance to the wine. It has lovely weight and presence, an essential part of a good Chenin Blanc and we highly recommend it.
