There is a harmony of mellow, baked apple fruit linked to fine lemony acidity which brings superb balance to the wine. It has lovely weight and presence, an essential part of a good Chenin Blanc and we highly recommend it. A brilliant partner to chicken and pork dishes and dare we say an alternative to that bottle of white Burgundy you might choose automatically? Robert Boutflower, Private Sales Director.
