A pure, concentrated Genshu (fully fortified) sake that is full-bodied with a velvety texture. Very rich with woody notes, then creamy and strong flavoured with savoury, umami undertones and citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit flavours.

A delicious match for seafood or vegetable tempura. This Japanese Sake also pairs beautifully with a main course of chicken and mushroom pie or a selection of cheeses.
