A true top cropping yeast, LalBrew Munich Classic yeast can be skimmed off the top of classic open fermentation vessels in the traditional manner. Styles brewed with LalBrew Munich Classic include but are not limited to Weizen/Weissbier, Dunkelweizen and Weizenbock.
