Taste profile: BolykiEgri Csillag has enticing floral aromas framed by grapefruit and lime citrus accents. Crisp palate of white peach that ends in a chalky mineral finish.

Winemaking process:Fermentationin chilled stainless steel tanks. Bottling after a short ageing and a good proportion of blending.
