Grape Varietals & Regions: The wine is a blend of Chardonnay grapes from several vineyards in the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation, all of which are sustainably farmed and hand-harvested.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with flavors of ripe apple, honey, and a touch of minerality. The wine has a long, lingering finish with a perfect balance of acidity and fruit.

Winemaking Process: In the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and the juice is fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. The wine then ages on its lees for 12 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels, which adds depth and texture to the wine.
