Wolf & Woman Grenache Blanc 2022 is a South African wine made from 100% Grenache Blanc grapes, harvested from a single vineyard in the Voor-Paardeberg region. The vineyard is known for its granitic soils and the influence of the South Westerly wind, which cools down the grapes at night and slows down their ripening process, leading to better acidity. The grapes were hand-picked in the morning, chilled for 24 hours, and then whole bunch pressed before undergoing natural fermentation in 500L old oak barrels. The wine was left to mature on the lees for 10 months before bottling.

Wolf & Woman Grenache Blanc has a pale yellow color, with aromas of floral, citrus, and peach on the nose. On the palate, it has weight and texture, balanced by a bright acidity that leads to a refreshing finish. This wine is a true representation of its unique terroir, with only 900 bottles produced.
