Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Riesling and Chenin Blanc, from Nelson, New Zealand.

This wine keeps changing blend and color and this year surprises us with blend of white grapes, direct-pressed, which result in a crispy and delicate white, with white flower and peach blossom.

Spontaneous fermentation. Unfined/Unfiltered. Low to no added SO2.

Taste Profile: The wine is fruity and refreshingbright acidity.It is a perfect wine for celebrating and enjoying with friends, or to pair with appetizers, salads, or desserts.

Winemaking Process: Chenin Blanc and Riesling are left to have skin-contact for one night.The grapes are co-fermented, then aged in stainless tanks.Zero Additives.
