Taste Profile:Alight and fruity red wine made with Rondo.Nuanced, developed, very fresh taste with hints of red apples, orange, nuts, dried apricots and spices. Served at 10-12C with fish or chicken dishes

Winemaking Process:Done in a Claret style, which means light extraction & blending with white pressed juice. Matured in used American oak barrels 11 months in oak
