Vinden Wines Somerset Vineyard Chenin Blanc 2022

Grape Varietals & Region:Sourced fromtheir Somerset Vineyard. The block was planted by the Howard family in 2007 on fine clay loam soil.

Taste Profile:It’s a bright, flavoursome yet textural and creamy Chenin that’s impeccably crafted. Beautiful stuff.

Winemaking Process:The fruit was hand picked, whole bunch pressed and juice transferred directly to large format seasoned French oak, where the wine underwent barrel fermentation. During the eleven month levage, btonnage was conducted to build creamy texture to support the fruit and subtle oak spice.
