Taste Profile: Bright red in color with hints of red cherries & cedar wood. Mouth-watering flavours of blackcurrant and ripe fresh fig, with notes of dark cherry and white pepper. An elegant medium-bodied wine with a silky texture and good ageing potential, which will allow the development of more complex fruit flavours

Winemaking Process: Pinot Noir grapes were cold-soaked prior to fermentation. Post Fermentation, the wine then underwent malolactic fermentation. A small portion of the wine was transferred to oak and matured prior to blending and filtration.
