Taste Profile:Violet color, peppery, floral aroma with lots of ripe black fruit. In the mouth it is intense and persistent, structured and with present tannin. It is a wine that demands food, challenging, for those who like wines with determination and personality.

Winemaking Process: Wine made with indigenous yeasts, with controlled fermentation temperature. Aged for 14 months in used French oak barrels.
