Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Yarra Valley.The fruit comes from Mount Gambier and Heywood in South West Victoria.

Taste Profile:Ajoyous, pure-fruited, untempered with Pinot designed for easy warm weather drinking. It starts with a bouquet of flowers, cherry blossoms, rose petals and hibiscus. There are umami notes of fresh hazelnuts in skins, game meat and wet forest floor. It’s juicy and light bodied – you’ll get loads of perfume with raspberry and black cherry aromas, with a juicy palate of summer berries. Serve lightly chilled.

Winemaking Process:The grapes are 100% destemmed and fermented in stainless steel for 2-3 weeks. Pressed and aged in a mixture of stainless and old barrels then filtered and bottled
