Taste Profile: Fresh green apples, pear skin & a slight saline edge. The Chenin provides weight, while the vermentino offers acidity & salinity

Winemaking Process:Fermented separately before blending in stainless steel tanks. It’s spiked with Sauvignon Blanc juice to provide sugars before bottling for the petilant naturel process.
