Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of 56% Xarello, 30% Macabeu,10% Parellada, 4% Chardonnay from the vineyards of Penedes, Spain. The grapes are picked from selected estates that belong to the family and the Aliances per la Terra, a pro-biodynamic association led by Gramona

Taste Profile:Pale golden in colour, the aromas are dominatedby ripe white fruit and a floral air, as well ascitrus tones and hints of pastries and butter. Onthe palate, the creaminess accompanies a veryfine bubbles and a particularly well-balancedfreshness.

Winemaking Process:Biodynamic farming. The four varieties are vinified separately toensure that each one contributes to its fullpotential. In additionto the personality of each grape variety, thecharacteristics of the different plots are added.Obtaining the perfect blend year after year isan exercise in mastery that draws directly fromthe tradition of craftsmanship. When eachbottle is disgorged, the dosage is carried outto provide the elegant characteristic notes thathave made it a classic.
