Taste Profile: Beautiful light apricot hues define this wine. Notes of brioche, pomegranate, nutmeg spice and peach are accentuated by elegant floral undertones. On the palate the wine is complex, with toasty, nutty notes and citrus zest wrapped around a frame of lively acidity. Subtle, deceptively complex, crisp and delicious!

Winemaking Process:Hand harvested fruit was pressed and cold settled before fermentation. The wine is then bottled for secondary fermentation, and disgorged with zero dosage after resting on the lees for 5 years
