Cidrerie de Verzy Cidre 2021

Dry sparkling cider vinified by champagne makers Antoine Bouvet, Adrien Renoir, Bertrand Lapie, Quentin Paillard, and Flavien Nowack.The cider is fermented and vinified in oak for up to a year in the Verzy cellar.

The second fermentation takes place in the bottles with natural sugar of apples and pears. The cider is kept on the lees for at least 12 months before being released. A small production of dry cider, vinified like great white and sparkling wines.
