Taste Profile: This powerful and concentrated wine boasts with bold flavours of raspberry, maraschino cherry and ripe plums intertwined with the subtle notes of cedar wood. The nose and palate are supported by dense, fine-grained tannins that end in a clean, lingering mouth feel.

Winemaking Process:The fruit was cold soaked before fermentation in steel tanks for 5 days, undergoing thrice daily pump overs. The wine is then transferred to oak, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation & matures for 22 months in a mix of new & used French oak barrels
