Taste Profile:Eleni et Edouard Vocoret Chablis Les Pargues is rich and creamy, yet zesty at the same time. Full-bodied and dry palate with flavours of lemon peel, lime leaf and a crushed rock mineral backbone.
Winemaking Process: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ages for 1 year in neutral barrels, then 23 months in tank for assemblage.
Ageing potential:68 years from vintage.
