Grape Varietals & Region:100% Chardonnay from grapes planted in Cho Rijo, next to the village of Colares within the Lisboa region of Portugal

Taste Profile: Lemon yellow in color, it has aromas that transport us to Burgundy. In the mouth, it has a fine and soft bubble with freshness and salinity.

Winemaking Process: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and at a controlled temperature. Respecting the ancestral method of sparkling wine production, it is bottled before the alcoholic fermentation is complete. It is aged on fine lees for 6 months and disgorged throughout the year, as it leaves the winery.
