Winemaking Process:Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a vibrating sorting table, and destemmed with a light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in mechanical basins and oak vats with intense maceration at a controlled temperature. The wine matured in French oak barrels for 9 months, followed by 8 months in bottle
